VecTech selected to join MassChallenge and IBM AI Mentorship Program

Vectech, a startup developing data and analytics tools for disease-carrying organisms, such as mosquitoes and ticks, announced today it has been selected to join the inaugural cohort of the MassChallenge and IBM AI Mentorship Program. 

“AI is really core to our computer vision technology,” said Tristan Ford, CEO of Vectech. “We’re very excited for the access to mentorship, expertise, and resources this program will provide in collaboration with IBM, one of the world’s leading AI companies.” 

Vectech was selected as one of 50 startups from a competitive applicant pool to participate in the inaugural program. With the support of the MassChallenge and IBM AI Mentorship Program, Vectech aims to expand the capabilities of its computer vision platform for automated identification of disease-carrying insects.
